We've been receiving calls from three different mobile numbers that all begin with 07890. We decided to look into one of them, and it turns out it belongs to a company making what they call "ethical" cold calls to solicit donations for charities. However, since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, these calls shouldn't even be happening! It's incredibly annoying to be hassled like this.
