Got a call at 10 in the morning, answered it because I was waiting for some calls after a recent bereavement. Didn’t catch the very beginning, but when I put it on speaker, I definitely heard something about an initial fee of over £99. I just hung up after that. The person speaking sounded like a well-spoken woman, very clear and standard English.

They claimed to be from the bank's security team, but honestly, felt like dodgy scammers to me.

So far, I've only had a single call and I just let it go to voicemail. When I played the message back, they started speaking English but then switched to what sounded like Chinese. Not quite sure what the point of the call was, but I think they mentioned something about pressing some buttons.

I answered the call and just stayed silent before hanging up, cant stand these calls anymore. Different numbers every time but got about 11 calls in 4 days all doing the same thing. So annoying!
