Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, saying my computer was infected with some kind of malware. I humoured them for a bit, then rudely told them to jog on. Tried calling the number back but it’s no longer in service. Just another dodgy scammer! What a nuisance. Don’t fall for it, folks. And if you haven’t done it yet, get some decent internet security software on your gadgets and maybe set up a VPN too. It’s nothing complicated.
