I called this number and a bloke who said his name was Luke answered, claiming he was a garage mechanic. He wanted me to send over my address and then ring him back on a mobile he gave me, saying he’d get in touch later. After I mentioned I’d done a reverse phone check and found other info linked to his number, he was pretty rude and never showed up.
