I told them I wasn’t, so they asked for my email and told me to log in on my laptop to see if I’d got an email from them. I checked on my phone instead and told them I hadn’t received anything. They kept asking if I was on my laptop. When I said I wasn’t, they got annoyed and said I needed to use the laptop. Then they asked where it was, and I said it was broken.
