Got a call from a lady congratulating me on a refund of over £4000. She knew my name and sounded just like the people who rang me the day before about some marketing survey, which I ignored but they somehow confirmed my name - probably should have asked who it was before giving it out. I didn’t keep the call going because I haven’t applied for any refund, and any legit company would email me, not call. I’m marking the number as unknown since I didn’t stay on the line long, but pretty sure they were going to ask for bank details or personal info to "process" this supposed refund.
