Beware of a guy called Mr Khalid Mahmood Ahmad who pretends to be a landlord but is just letting out homes that aren't his. Loads of issues kept popping up with upkeep, and he kept taking rent and deposits. When I finally decided to move out and gave notice, he just refused to give back the security deposit. He also never signed it up with any official government tenancy deposit scheme. Honestly, steer clear of this bloke and make sure to warn others - he's nothing but a conman. Learned the hard way!
