Do not pick up, total scam. Some robot voice claiming to be from the National Insurance office told me my NI number was incorrect. I just cut off the call. I've had loads of these calls, all from mobiles with numbers that look a lot like mine, pretending to be from HMRC, NCA and NI. Proper pain in the neck.
