Received a call from a courteous lady claiming to be with BT about issues with my internet. I ended up chatting with her for just over two and a half minutes, which I’m quite chuffed about. Usually, once these callers find I’m not interested or following their script, they hang up straight away. At least for that short while, they weren’t busy conning anyone else, so I guess that’s something good!
