I got a call from someone saying they were from BT's tech team at 1 Braham Street, London E1 8EE. They claimed that 7 people were using my broadband, but wouldn’t give any specifics. The woman on the phone had a strong foreign accent and was hard to make out. When she wanted me to confirm my email, I just said no and ended the call. Oddly enough, not long after, I received an email from that same address with a new BT PIN number.
