I got a call from this number just yesterday. When I answered, I didn’t say anything, but the person on the other end started rattling off some quick talk. I ended up hanging up pretty quickly. Seems like a proper nuisance, so I’ve blocked it and signed up to the telephone preference service - they’ve started covering mobiles now, thankfully.
