Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC and that I was owed a refund. Just to warn everyone, HMRC doesn't get in touch like that. Don’t tap any links or put in your info. Best thing is to just block the number straight away.

Got a message from this number saying I had a rebate pending from HMRC and there was a link to check details. Seems fishy to me - I thought HMRC usually sends letters instead of texts, right? Definitely don’t trust it.
