I just got a message suggesting that EDF has reached out to them about getting in touch with me. Sounds a bit dodgy, doesn’t it? Could easily be some sort of scam, I reckon.

I received a call supposedly from EDF Energy, saying there were issues with my smart meter not transmitting data and that I needed to get in touch to arrange an engineer visit. However, something didn't sit right with me, so I reach out to EDF myself to verify. Turns out, it was all a hoax! They assured me they hadn’t initiated any contact with me. Definitely a scam, folks!
