Got a message claiming to be from the Department for Work and Pensions. It said I hadn’t applied for the 2025-2026 Winter Fuel Payment or that my details were wrong. They demanded I apply by 6 December 2025 to get the £300, else I’d miss out. The text included a dodgy link: https://dwpif[.]top/gov. Obviously, it’s a scam - definitely don’t click anything like that or reply. Just ignored and deleted it.
