Someone called claiming to be from my bank, saying a money transfer from Western Union Bank was stopped. They told me to press 1 to speak to someone. I just hung up and blocked them straight away.

Got a call from someone pretending to be PayPal. Totally scam alert!

Got a message claiming to be from PayPal about some odd activity and that my account would be restricted. I decided to log into my PayPal account directly and there was nothing unusual or any alerts there. I looked up the number that sent the text and saw loads of warnings about scams linked to it. From what I know, PayPal doesn’t send texts like that anyway.
