This smelt like a right dodgy scam to me. I've handed it over to the Police already. Makes you think though, does the bank have a shady worker about, or is it just a bizarre coincidence their HQ is in the same area the number’s buzzing nonstop? Either way, fingers crossed they’re actually looking into it properly... Just putting it out there...
