I got a text claiming to be from Lloyds about a new payee added on my account from an unfamiliar device. Problem is, I haven’t held an account with Lloyds for over 20 years! If you still bank with them, watch out for this dodgy message.

Got a message supposedly from 'Lloyds' saying a new device was used to add a payee, with a link to tap. A few things felt off straight away. For starters, my bank would never send stuff like that, but the biggest clue was that I've never had an account with Lloyds in the first place.
