This woman rang up looking for my elderly mum. I asked which company she was representing, and she started shouting and saying rude stuff. All I did was ask what company she was with! When I ended the call, she phoned back from a different mobile and kept swearing in a way you'd never think call centre people would. Watch out for her. The second number she called from was 07763 886059.
