Got a message from +44787801456 saying there was a payment try for a new contact, supposedly from HSBC. This was the second text in an hour! I don’t even have an account with HSBC, so I didn’t bother clicking any links.

In just over an hour I got two separate messages, both saying they were from HSBC. Each one came from a different number, telling me there was a payment tried to a new recipient. They wanted me to click a link if I hadn’t approved it. Didn’t click a single link and blocked both numbers straight away.
