Looks like I got a dodgy message saying I’ve got a Council Parking Penalty Charge Notice from 21/9/2024, and if I don’t pay up within 14 days, I’ll lose the 50% discount. They warned about enforcement starting straight away, which might lead to heavy fines and legal trouble. Definitely seems dodgy to me.
