This morning I picked up a call just to see what it was about. Recently, BT put in full fibre broadband at my house. Since then, I've been getting loads of calls claiming to be from BT, but they're all scams. This one was no different. A man with an Asian accent said he was calling from BT to look into some strange stuff on my internet. When I said "Oh dear," he snapped back, "That's your problem, what don't you get?" and then hung up on me. Makes me wonder if maybe someone's tampering with BT's calls or schedules, and if it needs looking into...
