I received a rather persistent call regarding what they termed an 'alleged' debt management recovery and a PPI inquiry. They simply refused to accept my refusal and quickly turned confrontational. When I pointed out that he didn’t seem to be paying attention, his response was dripping with sarcasm and condescension. After that, I decided it was best to hang up, but I’ll be well-prepared if they decide to ring again!
