Somebody rang saying they were from 'BT Openreach', which made me suspicious straight away. These days, Openreach only handle the infrastructure and don’t talk to customers directly. I hung on hoping they might mention a fault only they could fix, but right after the intro, the call just cut off. Looks like even Openreach’s phone service is dodgy! I marked the caller as ‘unknown’ since they didn’t stick around long enough to cause any trouble.
