SCAM ALERT!!! They pretended to be from Amazon, saying my account was hacked and someone was trying to buy iPhones using my details. Sounded legit - the phone kept appearing in my basket and wouldn’t go away. They claimed they could see my purchase history too. Then they tried to get me to install a screen sharing app and insisted it wasn’t them causing the problem. They even wanted me to open a Western Union account and asked me to buy an Airbnb gift card through Klarna to supposedly trap the hackers. Total scammers, really convincing and aggressive. Hang up straight away!!!
