Got a call from 07884406337 today, some bloke pretending to be from HMRC saying I’ve got a warrant if I don’t press a number to sort an unpaid tax bill. Thing is, I pay through PAYE and every year I ring HMRC myself just to check everything’s fine. It’s obviously a scam trying to trick people into paying fake taxes. I’ve reported the number and what happened straight to HMRC.
