I had a quick look on the real 02 website and saw my bill was already settled, so definitely a scam.

Just received a message saying they couldn’t process my recent bill, with a link to some bilI5550 . com site. Definitely don’t go clicking links from sketchy numbers, always use the official website yourself to log in.

Just got a dodgy text, probs a scam tryna get your bank or card info. It had a link like this one: bil800 dot com but with some weird extra bits - #os[###]. The number it came from was +44 734 0005 948 or 07340005948. Watch out, these scams are everywhere!

got a message from this number saying o2 couldnt process my payment, and to stop any extra charges i should update my details on some weird link [#]02[###] bilS50(##)/702=2/m. im not even with o2 so thought it was dodgy. gonna send it on to action fraud just in case.

Got a text saying my 02 bill hadn’t been paid and to click a link to update my details. But when I logged into my official 02 account, everything showed that the bill was already settled with no issues. Definitely looked like a dodgy message.
