Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me, saying he was from Nat West and warning about a dodgy online transaction of £900. He wanted me to install Anydesk from Google Play. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that and was going to pop down to my local Nat West branch to see what was going on. He got pretty sharp, telling me I’d end up losing my money. When I got to the bank, they checked my account and said no such purchase had been made.
