Got a message from this number saying something like - HALIFAX. It claimed a new payee was set up on my device at (time given). It told me if it wasn’t me to check out [#]protection-device.live/. Thing is, I don’t even have a Halifax account. I flagged the number to my phone provider but they said it’s a known scam. The email linked to a page that looked exactly like Halifax’s site though. They also mentioned a scam about a second device being added to your account. There’s loads of people who might fall for it, so watch out!
