Got a message from someone pretending to be Nat West saying a payment I made was possibly a scam. They told me to reply Y if I want to go ahead with payment or N if I want to cancel it. Sounds dodgy to me because the money had already been taken from my account and Nat West usually don’t send texts like this with little info. Definitely smells like a scam.

Got a message that was from RBS.

Got a text supposedly from Natwest fraud team saying I need to reply urgently. Then, not long after, I got an automated call claiming to be Natwest too. They even mentioned a current account number that wasn’t right but was in my name. The message told me to ring back on 03456461151. Definitely a scam trying to trick me.
