Got a text from someone called Nathan from Youfibre saying a technician's booked to come for some kind of service install, but I never asked for anything like that. Looks like a total scam to me.

Kindly respond with a figure from 1 to 10, where 1 indicates no likelihood at all and 10 signifies the utmost likelihood.” This appears to be quite authentic since it addresses me personally and I’ve been a customer for a year now.

Got a message from YouFibre today. It included my first name and mentioned how long I’ve been with their service. They were basically asking if I’d suggest them to others or not. Quite direct, really.

Could be the real deal, but I had a chap pop round yesterday from YOU fibre. What a nice bloke! He seemed quite sincere and was incredibly well-informed. We decided to sign up, but then we had a change of heart, so we’ll be cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period. Interestingly, I've received a message inquiring about our thoughts on the sales process, yet I would have anticipated that a proper business call would include a sign-off with their company’s name. Fingers crossed everything’s above board! Only time will tell!
