Just got a message claiming to be from PayPal saying my billing info is out of date and my account is on hold temporarily. There was a link to supposedly fix it and unlock my account. Thing is, I’ve never even signed up for PayPal.

So I got a text from some bloke claiming my PayPal account’s been put on hold temporarily for an update. Thing is, I’ve never even signed up for PayPal, I just use gift cards. Definitely not clicking any links or getting back to them, seems dodgy to me.
