We hung up the phone, mainly because those callers fell utterly silent after their initial spiel. Quite the amusing turn of events, really!

It isn't exactly from Three, but it's quite closely related, so she mentioned it comes from something called Cell Telephone Warehouse (definitely not Carphone Warehouse, mind you). The first thing we needed to clarify when she contacted Three was regarding the end of a contract and the like. We made it clear that our dealings are solely with Three and then promptly ended the call.
