It seems these individuals have switched to another number, 07729718684. Our lass has unfortunately been duped into forking out £45 this week, and it looks like they might try for the same next week too. Best to hang up and refrain from confirming any details. If you've shared card details with that phone shop since acquiring your device, it could be wise to cancel that card. By the way, did anyone else purchase their phone from Phones 4 U?

Absolutely! It seems we’ve stumbled upon the same issue. You can try 01792 477044; that’s the number I reached out to. It supposedly connects you with the bluetooth service team over in Swansea. We’re facing the very same dilemma here. These folks unjustly deducted £90 from my account, despite having notified them that I wasn't interested in that insurance. What a right pickle!

It's still happening, £89.99 has been deducted from our son's account. It seemed quite convincing given all the particulars provided. Something must be done to tackle these scams! I’m now firing off an email, albeit I'm not holding my breath for any response.

We’ve been duped twice now; they managed to swipe £45 from our son's account, and she’s just a sixteen-year-old! How on earth did they get hold of her bank details? If anyone happens to have any contact numbers for us, we’d greatly appreciate it. We’d much prefer to donate money to charity rather than see it end up in the hands of these crooks!

My partner has just discovered a deduction of £35 on her online banking, seemingly from a company named 'em', shortly after she consented to some so-called 'phone insurance'. It’s baffling how they’re able to access someone’s information to pull money from their account, especially when many have expressed they were not interested. This feels utterly outrageous, akin to being robbed in broad daylight! I am absolutely furious - my partner just mentioned that these folks initially asked for £100, but since she couldn’t cough up that amount instantly, they're now planning to siphon it off in monthly instalments. Immediately getting in touch with the bank to cancel this nonsense!

I'm rather perplexed about where these companies are sourcing their information. We recently obtained a new SIM card from Carphone Warehouse, and it seems this organisation is fully in the know about our personal details, including the fresh number we've been assigned. They promptly deducted £99.99 from our account! I believe Carphone Warehouse ought to take a serious stand on this matter and address it accordingly!

I've managed to track down the address linked to SAM. It’s Sun Alliance House, located at 166-167 St. Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4DQ. It seems quite likely that there's a connection to this place, considering those individuals openly admitted they've received our damaged phone.

Not long ago, we received a call from someone claiming to represent the company that helped us set up our insurance. It turns out they already possessed our information. We've had a mobile contract with Vodafone through Phones 4 U, and when we said we wanted to cancel the policy we had, we’ve just found out that they've snatched £50 straight from our bank account. Has anyone got a clue about what steps we might take to reclaim our funds from NatWest?

We received a call from this number, and they seemed keen on discussing insurance for our dad, Nawaz. However, before we could utter a word, they abruptly hung up on us. Quite baffling, really!

I simply must share my experience with this company! Having parted ways with them back in January of last year, I was absolutely astounded when they had the audacity to ring me up again, inquiring about renewing our insurance-much to my disbelief, it was for the very same policy! To add to the frustration, they’re still waiting on my replacement phone regarding a claim I made last September. And let’s not forget, my bank account details have changed over the past year. It really makes one ponder if they will attempt to take the renewal fee regardless of our situation. Quite the scenario, isn’t it?

We were unfortunately duped by a company claiming to be our existing mobile phone insurance provider, offering us a more attractive rate. They then proceeded to withdraw £150 from our account, and the transaction appears under the name Bluetooth Services Ltd based in Swansea.

We've been duped by this number that’s peddling fake phone insurance. We didn’t provide our actual names because someone needs to take action, and frankly, the police are doing nothing. We received fraudulent documents in the post claiming to be our policy, but anyone could churn out something that looks like that on their printer. What’s more, the postcode on the envelope didn’t even match the one these crooks provided inside. Is there anyone within a couple of hours of Swansea who fancies teaming up to confront this shady operation?

We've encountered the same situation! The chap on the end of the line came across as rather unprofessional, but given that we're in the thick of the FIFA frenzy, we just answered her queries as best as we could. She mentioned she represents Phones Four U regarding our insurance, and to our dismay, £89 has been deducted from our account. We've gotten in touch with the bank, and they're supposedly sorting it out for us now. Anyone happen to have an address for this outfit, or is that proving to be a bit of a challenge?

We received a phone call from what appeared to be these individuals who somehow had access to our complete name, address, mobile number, and home phone number. Astonishingly, they managed to withdraw £90 from our bank account! Just like many of you, we ensured to verify all our information. Consequently, we felt it necessary to cancel our debit card. Since then, we’ve reached out to our bank, and they are currently investigating the matter.

Blimey, these folks really pulled a fast one on us! I mean, we’re not the only ones suffering, but this is still our hard-earned cash at stake. They’ve left us in a right pickle with our bank, having taken funds straight from our account. It’s caused a proper mess for us! Do yourselves a favour - jot down that number and steer clear of it at all costs!

I'm left wondering where these companies are sourcing their information from. We recently acquired a new SIM card from Carphone Warehouse, and it seems this firm was already clued up on all our personal details, including the brand new number. They proceeded to deduct £99.99 from our account without a second thought! I reckon Carphone Warehouse needs to take serious action regarding this matter!

Indeed, I've also got a phone number you might find useful. Try dialling 01792 477044. It seems this connects to the Bluetooth services nestled in Swansea. Interestingly, I’m facing the same predicament. These folks deducted £90 from my account, despite me clearly stating that I had opted out of the insurance! Quite frustrating, isn’t it?

I've received a couple of calls from this number, claiming to be affiliated with O2. One was inquiring about a contract we recently signed, while the other was focused on the phone we just purchased. Both were keen to sell us insurance. However, the moment we started to ask questions, they abruptly hung up. They seemed to know our name, which was rather unsettling. After reaching out to O2 for clarification, they advised me to report it here. I wouldn’t recommend sharing any personal details-best just to hang up if they call you!
