Hello there! Just yesterday, I found myself in a similar predicament. I was awaiting a delivery from China and, although I refrained from clicking on the dubious link, I decided to ring the number back - +44 7795 224390. Oddly enough, there was no dial tone, but I did receive a text from +44 7882 375267 shortly after. In any case, I've blocked those numbers now. It's astonishing how many scams are out there! I'm really pleased to see this information shared on Google.
