The person on the line knew my name straight away, but when I asked who was speaking, they just hung up. You could hear loads of racket in the background, so it was clearly some call centre. I've blocked the number since then.

People who make these calls should honestly be found and dealt with, they just target elderly folks and take advantage of them. It's really wrong.

Has anyone else picked up when they call? We got a message saying something was out for delivery, but when I tried calling back, no one answered.
