This bloke said he was calling from Amazon's fraud team, but he kept asking for my name in a weird lastname first, firstname order which seemed dodgy. I got right suspicious when he started firing off questions, plus he asked if I'd got any emails from them recently. Totally a scam, no doubt about it. Looks like they're now using AI voices or something because the usual recorded messages don't seem to cut it anymore.
