Got a call from a woman claiming to be from BT about problems with my internet. She said some app on my phone was hacked and wanted me to open my games app so she could sort it out. I told her I didn’t have any games apps. Then she asked for the names of the apps I did have. I didn’t want to share that and when I wouldn’t cooperate, she started swearing and quickly ended the call. Definitely a scam.

This number rang me but as soon as I picked up, they just went quiet and hung up.

Just got a call from someone claiming to be the ‘bank security team’ but it was obviously a dodgy recorded message. This sort of scam is seriously risky, so please don’t talk to them and hang up straight away. Really dangerous stuff.
