Got a call from this number recently. The guy said he was checking on damp issues in people’s houses, supposedly for the council or something like that. I wasn’t really fully awake and he asked if I was... my name, and I just said yeah, that’s me. Bit daft of me, really. He tried to book a time to come round to my flat, and I gave him a date, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t tell him my address. Then he just hung up. So far, nothing dodgy has happened and no worries, but you never know, do you?
