Somebody ringing up saying my O2 SIM was about to expire and offered to send me a new one. When I asked, he wouldn’t say if he had my email and told me to read out a 6-digit code he said he’d send to verify me. I didn’t give it to him coz it seemed like he’d reset my account by marking it lost, then he could’ve changed my info. My missus, who also has an O2 account just like me, didn’t get a call at all. The number they used was 07880961652.
