Just got a call claiming to be from Amazon, but it was clearly a scam. You could hear loads of chatter and other calls buzzing in the background like a call centre chaos. They told me there was a dodgy purchase of an Apple iPhone on my account, then asked me to download some Amazon AnyDesk app from the Play Store so they could 'help' by taking over my phone. Total nonsense, avoid!
