Got a call from someone pretending to be 02 saying they couldn’t deduct money from my account. I rang my bank and 02 to double check, and both said everything was fine. Turns out the call was a total scam.

So, this number just sent me a text saying it was from 02, saying they couldn't collect some payment and gave a link to pay right away. It felt off, like it wasn’t really 02. I contacted 02 directly, and they told me that the message definitely wasn't from them. Felt like a scam for sure.
