5 yearsToday I got a call from 07880-226312, and when I picked up, it was just some recorded voice claiming to be from a fraud investigation team. They said my National Insurance number was going to be suspended unless I pressed option 1, and that I could be arrested because it’d been used in suspicious transactions. I immediately hung up and blocked the number. A few days ago, I had a similar thing from a different mobile number, this time a voicemail supposedly from HMRC.
