When I refused to share my new info, she got proper rude and just slammed the phone down. Definitely felt like some sort of scam to me.

Someone rang me saying they were John from Nationwide Building Society. He wanted me to verify my postcode and asked if I was between 40 and 80 years old. Then he told me to ring him back, asked if I was content with my credit card, and suddenly ended the call. Nationwide definitely don’t do calls like that.

Got a call from them, they wanted me to verify my name and an old postcode (like, from years ago!) but when I tried to find out what it was about, they just hung up on me.

Got a call from some number I didn’t recognise earlier, they claimed it was Aviva confirming stuff. Then they started asking if I was with a different provider. Honestly, these calls are getting really annoying.

Aviva - these lot call me daily, but always from a new number. If I needed their life insurance or whatever it's meant to be, I definitely wouldn’t go with them. They kick off by asking me to confirm my name and postcode, with no proper intro or explanation. They’re pretty blunt, talking over me, and then just hang up when I ask why they keep ringing me every single day. Really fed up with them, especially since they keep switching up the numbers they use.
