Got a call on Saturday around 9:15 in the morning from some bloke who said his name was "Alex" and claimed to be calling from Amazon customer service. He didn't bother to use my name, which was a bit of a giveaway. Total scam in my opinion. I told him off and honestly, I'd advise anyone else to just hang up and not waste your time.
