Got a call from someone named Jamie claiming to be from Beaumont Finance. He asked to talk to the MD but when I asked what it was about, he just mumbled something about tax and HMRC. Said the MD would recognise him or something. I told him we’re not interested and ended the call.

Got a call from this really pushy woman claiming I rang her earlier today, asking all sorts about who I am and why I supposedly called. I checked my phone history and there’s no way I called that number, not even once, much less today. Actually, I haven’t even touched my phone all day. Feels like a phishing attempt to me. So, I just blocked the number.
