On the 23rd of March, my missus got a call on her phone from this number. It was one of those automated messages claiming she was about to be taken to court for unpaid taxes and might even face jail time. Honestly, it's about as blatant a scam as you can get. Still, I can imagine it could frighten older folks into giving away all their money just to dodge some fake “legal trouble.” I doubt there's any way to track down who’s behind it.
