We got a letter hand delivered from this firm (Ruby Energy Ltd) saying we owed more than £3500 for unpaid electric bills. They said if we didn’t pay within 48 hours, they’d cut us off and add extra fees. Not sure how they planned to do that since they’re not our actual electricity provider. After looking more into it, we think they might be scammers targeting old BES Energy customers. Be careful and don’t get caught out by their tricks.
