Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, asking about the colour showing on my internet router because of some supposed upgrade coming up. Felt like a scam right away - I just hung up and didn’t share a thing. What freaked me out a bit was that the caller actually knew my first name! Definitely not legit - watch out and don’t fall for it.
