I rung this number back but it kept saying invalid number, gave it a few tries. Been getting calls from it loads though, feels like a suspicious one.

After telling him to take me off their list since I’m not interested in buying, this bloke said he’s gonna put me on an auto call list and I’ll get 10,000 calls today. I asked again for them to stop calling, but he just said nah, you’re getting those calls today and then hung up on me. I’ve blocked the number now, but I can’t even report it cos I don’t know what company they’re from or who it was. If anyone has any info on them, please share. Cheers, Scott.

Some guy said he was from the Citizens Advice Bureau and told me the FCA sent him a report about me. Yeah, right!!! Complete rubbish. When I asked him for more details, he just cut the call straight away. Definitely a dodgy scam trying to catch people out!

Some bloke kept ringing me saying I owed thousands, but when I told him it was uni fees and told him to stop calling since he’d done it over 50 times today, he had the cheek to just repeat back everything I said. I ended up calling him a rude bloody idiot. I’m definitely reporting this number to the police for harassing a disabled person - that’s me. This is getting ridiculous, surely something can be done about this number.

Got a call last nite from someone sayin they were from the CAB, but when I asked where their branch was, they just hung up. Then today, a woman said she was from a debt help service but she ended the call as soon as I started asking questions.

Got a call from someone with a strong Asian accent who spoke really poor English. They said I owed money but they rang my work phone, so obviously something's not right!

This number just rang me twice, with a Victor and a Mark ringing through. Victor said he was from the CAB, while Mark claimed to work in some credit investigation department. They were asking for me on my work phone and somehow assumed I was a woman. I gave the CAB a ring and they confirmed it’s a scam. Tried to call the number back but it came up as unrecognised. Watch out for this one!

Seems like this bloke from Asia is turning into a full-time nuisance with his calls. Proper rude and clueless, won’t accept a simple no. Like others mentioned, he’s going on about some government debt cancellation scheme and said my daughter was chosen. Someone should put a lid on it. Best just to hang up straight away.

His accent was barely understandable, I think he mentioned something about my creditors saying I owe money, asking why I wasn't paying up? I said I have no idea what he's on about, then just ended the call and blocked the number. Really obvious and poor attempt at a scam.

Had a call from some bloke claiming to be "Mark" at a Credit investigation firm. He reckoned the Government’s wiping out half of everyone’s debts & I’d been picked for it. We had a chat, & when I mentioned having around £2 million in debts/mortgages/cars all together, he got really annoyed & started slagging me off for supposedly not knowing English properly. Absolute shower of rubbish, hope he burns in hell you muppet.

This number has been calling me nonstop for about a fortnight now. I picked up about three times, but each time, there was just silence before they hung up. When I tried calling back, it says the number can’t be found straight away. Loads of people here say they’ve got no debts, which is fair enough. I do have debts, but I always pay mine off in monthly chunks and I’m up to date with everything. Judging by what others are saying, it’s probably just some dodgy scam trying to trick decent folks out of money!

Got a missed call from a mobile number. The person called me back and said they got my details from the Citizens Advice Bureau, claiming I had debts. Then they actually had the cheek to ask if I owed money! Their accent sounded Indian or Asian, and they didn’t seem to understand how the CAB operates (this was around 8 in the evening) or that people don’t just talk about their private matters to random strangers. I’m definitely going to report this to the CAB and the police.

When I asked them why, they started threatening me, saying they have my address and will just turn up and do whatever they want. I told them off, but it really shook me up! Someone rang me claiming they could reduce my debt by 70%, but I dont even owe anything to begin with. They were really pushy and kept asking for personal info. Said they weren’t from Citizens Advice and claimed they got my details from the government. the moment I told them I had no debts, they just ended the call abruptly.

He rang me a few times so I picked up at last. Told me he was from some credit department, so I just played along for a laugh. Asked about the debt and he goes “loan, credit card and overdraft” - then I said “that’s odd, I’ve never had any of those.” Then he just hung up on me.
