Got a call from someone claiming to be from EE, saying I was eligible for an upgrade because I’m a loyal customer, but if I didn't accept it, my sim card would be cut off within a day or two. I questioned him about it and after a bit, he just ended the call. Later, I rang EE myself and they told me no one from their team had called me.
